Consulting by country
Consulting support where you operate
Each country guide covers our seven practices — from supply chain and inventory to finance processes, BI and automation — with sourced background, an illustrative scenario and a starting checklist. Inventory is often a practical entry point, not the limit of the work.
France
For a distributor selling through several channels, a returned item is not automatically available stock. A useful review connects receiving, inspection, resale decisions and finance, rather than simply adding another stock report.
Côte d’Ivoire
An importer or processor needs to distinguish goods ordered, landed, released and received into a depot. For materials handled in batches, that distinction also affects traceability, purchasing decisions and the cost assigned to usable stock.
Ghana
For an importer supplying branches, purchase price alone does not explain the value of stock or the margin on a sale. A review should connect shipment costs, quantities received, branch transfers and the demand behind each reorder.
Senegal
For a distributor of date-sensitive goods, enough stock in total can still mean too little usable stock for the next delivery. Review expiry dates, customer acceptance conditions and route timing together before increasing purchasing.
Democratic Republic of the Congo
A maintenance store needs more than a list of fast-moving items. The useful questions are which equipment a part supports, what happens if it is unavailable, whether it can be repaired and how long replacement actually takes.
Republic of the Congo
A transfer between two locations should neither disappear from the records nor be counted twice. For an importer supplying inland depots, the first priority is a shared record of dispatch, handover and accepted receipt.
Liberia
When stores use paper records alongside spreadsheets, reliable control depends on a complete transaction trail rather than a more elaborate dashboard. Start with how quantities are received, issued, counted and reconciled.
Guinea
A maintenance supplier can hold several descriptions for the same part, while parts for retired equipment remain on the shelf. Before resetting minimum stock levels, establish what each reference is, which equipment uses it and which maintenance jobs need it.
