Who we are and scope

BoiroMetric Consulting LLC (“BoiroMetric,” “we,” “us” or “our”) operates boirometric.com from 9351 Golden Pond Ln N, Monticello, MN 55362, United States. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit the site, contact us, request an assessment, use the optional advisor or choose to schedule a call.

Information you provide

Contact and assessment forms may collect your name, work email, company, country or region, role, service interest, business challenge and preferred contact method, plus a phone number, company size or timeline where provided. We also record the form type, page language, submission time and consent choice. Emails or other direct communications may contain information you choose to share.

Technical data and referrals

For security and abuse prevention, the site may process request details such as IP address, browser information and technical logs. Form submissions store a salted hash of the IP address, where available, and a shortened browser user-agent; the AI usage limiter stores a salted IP hash and timestamp. If you submit a form, its stored attribution may include your landing page, source page, referring page and campaign (UTM) parameters. Attribution is held in your browser session until you submit a form.

Optional AI-assisted advisor

If you choose an AI-tailored brief, the challenge and any context you provide may be processed by computational models and third-party processing infrastructure to produce an informational response. Standard, instant recommendations do not use a model. The brief request requires a separate click; we do not use your challenge to train our own model or save its full text as an advisor record. If you later copy it into an assessment form and submit that form, it becomes part of your inquiry. Our usage limiter retains only a salted IP hash and timestamp for each reserved request; records older than 30 days are cleared when the limiter next runs, so they may remain longer during inactivity. Providers may have their own handling practices, which should be reviewed before enabling this option.

  • Do not enter confidential or proprietary information, sensitive personal data, regulated information, credentials, financial-account information, health information or other restricted material.
  • Automated answers may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are not consulting deliverables or professional, legal, accounting or financial advice; do not rely on them for important decisions.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, consider requested services and proposals, coordinate calls, manage any resulting relationship, maintain and protect the site, prevent spam or misuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Legal grounds where required

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, our grounds may include your consent (for example, optional analytics), steps requested before a contract, our legitimate interests in responding to inquiries and securing the site, and compliance with legal duties. You can withdraw consent for future optional analytics through Cookie settings; this does not undo prior lawful processing.

Cookies, storage and analytics

Essential browser storage remembers your cookie decision and explicit language choice; session storage keeps referral and campaign details until you choose to submit a form. Optional analytics are off until you accept them and run only if the analytics service is configured. If enabled, Google Analytics 4 may use cookies and receive page-view and interaction events; our event calls do not intentionally send form contents or contact details. You can revisit Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice. Browser settings can also limit cookies, though some preferences may no longer be remembered.

Scheduling and other service providers

If you elect to book a call, you leave this site for Cal.com. After a form submission, the booking link may include your name, email address and selected language in its URL to prefill the booking form; opening that link shares those details with Cal.com. You can book without using the prefilled link. Cal.com handles information you provide there under its own terms and privacy notice. Hosting, data storage, security, analytics (if enabled), and any later connected email or customer-management services may process data to support this site. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety. Inbound forwarding addresses do not, by themselves, mean automated outbound email is active.

International visitors and transfers

We serve visitors internationally. Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate, which may have different privacy laws. Where applicable law requires transfer safeguards, we will use appropriate mechanisms before making those transfers; contact us for details relevant to your request.

Retention

We retain inquiries and related correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or actual business relationship, resolve disputes and meet legal requirements; there is no fixed deletion schedule for lead records yet. Security and technical logs follow the applicable hosting or provider lifecycle. Advisor limiter records older than 30 days are removed on a later limiter run, not necessarily on the 30th day. Browser consent and language preferences remain until cleared or changed by you; attribution in session storage ends with the browser session.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including restricted access to inquiry records and server-side validation. No online transmission or storage method is perfectly secure. Please use the contact channels below if you have a security or privacy concern.

Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your information, or object to or restrict certain processing. You may also have portability, appeal or complaint rights and may withdraw consent where we rely on it. We may need to verify your identity and retain data where legally required. Contact us using the details below; you may also complain to your local privacy authority where applicable.

Children

This business website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate.

Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy as the site or our practices change. We will post the updated text and date here; significant changes may require additional notice where law requires it.
